Current Opportunity:
Position: Customer Success Manager (East-North East India - Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success by aligning customer strategic objectives with OlivRidley products and solutions.
- Generate sales revenue and identify new business opportunities.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset to propel OlivRidley to new heights.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver customized solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering exceptional client support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Commerce, IT, or related field.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer-centricity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in the energy industry preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical sales or solution selling, with a strong background in application support.
